Real Madrid is Actively Planning for a Role for Club Legend Toni Kroos
Spanish football powerhouse Real Madrid is reportedly making significant efforts to secure a position for their esteemed former player, Toni Kroos, within the club's sporting department. This information comes from a recent report by Diario AS.
The iconic midfielder, Toni Kroos, concluded his illustrious playing career with Real Madrid in the summer of 2024. Despite maintaining a world-class performance level, the German international chose to retire from professional football at that time.
Since his departure, Kroos's influence on the pitch has been notably missed by his former teammates, particularly his unparalleled ability to dictate the tempo of matches from the midfield. Sources within the Spanish media suggest that the club's hierarchy at the Bernabéu feels his absence just as keenly.
According to Diario AS, there is a clear intention from Real Madrid's board to address the void left by Kroos's exit. The report indicates that plans are already in motion for his return to the club in a non-playing capacity for the upcoming season, with a decision having been finalized at the club's training facility, Valdebebas.
While the specific role Kroos might assume has yet to be definitively decided, it is understood that the club's leadership is keen on incorporating the former Real Madrid midfielder into the club's sporting management structure.
